Right. But we still have some CEM3381 in stock so the next production series
of A-134 and A-135 is "safe". After this even these modules will have to be
redesigned (may be with THAT VCAs or the Analog Devices SSM2164 Quad VCA).
Even for the A-126 we still have some CEM3382 in stock but we also plan a
separate voltage controlled quadrature oscillator module that will allow
lower frequencies down to a few Hz. Fortunately there are jumpers on the
A-126 module (required for adjustment) where the external QVCO can be
connected without soldering by replacing the jumpers with 2 pin female
headers. Unfortunately we used the CA3080 for the prototype of the QVCO
which is obsolete now and so we have to start again. May be with LM13700
hoping that this circuit will be continued in the near future. Really a hard
job at the moment ...
