yes. On the MAQ16/3 info page you find this remark: "Transposition via
incoming note on events possible".
The function is described on page 13 in the user's manual in detail
(relative note events nr1...nr5):
"... relative NOTE ON-instructions entering via MIDI-IN are used
for transposition of the sequence, i.e. the note-values entered with the
dials are added to
those coming from MIDI-IN. In order to be able to implement the
TRANSPOSE-function, the
MIDI-channel of the incoming note-instructions must be the same as that of
the row."
The midi note reference is 36 (C), i.e. midi note number 36 causes no
transposition, 37 = +1, 38 = +2 and so on.
