From my understanding this can realized with an A-149-1, VCA (e.g. A-132)
and mixer (e.g. A-138a). The clock is the A-149-1 clock, lower CV goes to
one A-138a input (kind of mixer offset), the A-149-1 output is processes by
a VCA with VCA CV as upper CV, the VCA output goes to another mixer input.
The mixer output is the Tendency mask generator output. The A-149-1 could
also be replaced by an random module A-118 and a S&H A-148. In this case the
clock goes to the A-148 clock input.
I don't think that it justifies a new module even though it would be no
problem for us.
