Our A-111 specialist Matthias Marass is on holidays until end of next week.
As far as I remember the problems you described are caused by the very
sensitive hard sync input. Normally the hard sync input is connected to GND
with the switching contact of the hard sync input if no plug is inserted.
Maybe the switching contact does not work any longer and causes the
problems. To find this out please try to put a signal into the hard sync
input. If the problems disappear this is the reason and the socket has to be
replaced (maybe the A-111 is still eqipped with the old version of the
sockets used until about 2001).
If you are able to replace the socket yourself we could send you a socket
for free if you have purchased the A-111 from us directly. Otherwise please
contact the representative where you purchased the module for a free socket.
From your message I cannot see your home country.
Otherwise the module has to be repaired in the factory.
Best regards
