hello to all -
well, i seem to have suffered my first doepfer failure in 6 years - a power
supply in a g6 frame seems to have failed - "nice" scorched smell and only
one of the busboard leds is lit.
so, i`m about to order a replacement supply from u.s. distributor as it
looks like an easy repair/replacement job.
my question is - are the new supplies doepfer issued preferred or would the
original supply be okay the few dollars difference aren`t the issue so much
as i`m not sure the new version will fit/mount like the older one -
any thoughts appreciated..............
