no, you cannot add options later. and you cannot let
two votes per person. either its only "one vote per
person" or "more than one". but i cannot specify two.
so, this poll cannot be created. unless it has options
only for the presetn filters and allow only one
vote(one filter) or many vots(many filters chosen) per
person.
