And a fourth suggestion:
try drilling a 2mm hole in the center of the screws head. It should make
the screws head break! Then you can remove the module, then unbuild the
housing, then remove the nut strip, and finally you can grab the rest of
the screw with a plier.
I did this once with some frozen screws in a large 4048 SSL console. You
can imagine, that I sweated blood when doing this ;-)
