I'm not sure what size the fuse package is (I haven't looked yet) but
assuming it is the standard 1 1/4" x 1/4", the Radio Shack catalogue number
for 500mA @ 250v Slow-blow fuses is 270-1018 otherwise if it's the slightly
smaller 5mm x 20mm size it is 270-1061.
