The board can be returned to NZ for reprogramming and testing or you can reprogram it yourself with a cheap tool and files and instructions from me.
Contact me via the contact page so we can sort this out.

Hello,
I had the product lying around for quite some time an just installed it today.
Everything worked fine - including testing the old CPU on the swap back board and the editor with the kiwi board.
So I decided to update to the latest firmware - I know how to do this and I have done such things many times before - and now the Juno just keeps blinking after being turned on without working properly.
By now I have tried several versions of the firmware with different MIDI interfaces and slower transfer speeds but with no effect.
Altough the units always proceeds showing activity as supposed on the key transpose and poly leds during the updates nothing changes at all.
Even the numbers displayed on startup remain the same all the time whatever older versions of firmware or bootloader get installed.
It keeps saying 0 and the 2 5 then 1 and then it blinks and says 2 and then 3
It also randomly reacts to the keyboard and does nothing useful when encoderes are moved or buttons pressed.

How can this by repaired 1 2
Thanks and regards
