As far as I understand it right, the CC $26 is used for compatibility
reasons with synths with the Organix extension.

For the JX-3P this would not matter as it does not have several banks.
But it might become a problem, if a source of program change commands
(masterkeyboard / sequencer) would send always a Bank 00h 00h with each
program change. I don't know whether such a midi source exists.
