I'd try the http://www.kiwitechnics.com/index_htm_files/3Pv2_Upgrade.zip
first.

It contains an 3P_Boot_v100_Upgrade.SYX, which must be installed first.
Then 3P_Boot_v100b.syx
Then 3P_Prog_v200b.syx
