Did you install both parts: first boot and then program?

Did you try to re-install both parts?

Did you try to reinstall Build 7? If yes does it work with this earlier
version?

Did you try to re-insert the original CPU? Does it make sound with the
old CPU (a colleague here had a non sounding kiwi JX3P and it took quite
a time until we found that it had simply a crack in a pcb...)
