The Testsound A6 is dead simple:

DCO2 only set to Noise,
VCF
Cutoff 9
Resonance 16
KeyTrk 0
Envmod 0 (on kiwi3P this is center!!!)
VCA to gate
No chorus.

Can you post an sound example what makes you think that the VCF is not
correct?

What happens with
Cutoff 16
Resonance 0
Keybtrk 0
Envmod center

Do you think then the Filter is not fully open?
