Thanks for your reply Florian. I'll await the LFO fix in the next firmware update.
As for the arpeggio issue, I'm certain I'm entering arpeggio mode correctly. To eliminate some of the variables I've unplugged everything from the 3P; only an audio output cable is connected and the MIDI switch is set to Protect as recommended in the manual. I power up the synth and select a default patch from Bank C. I press and release Tape Memory, then press and release Hold. Hold begins to flash. I then press the keys I want to arpeggiate and I get no sound at all. When I cancel arpeggio mode (press/release Tape Memory, then press/release Hold) the synth plays normally. If I only hit Hold while playing a note, the note is held as expected, so this tells me the Hold button is functioning properly. I'll continue to investigate.
If I may make a suggestion regarding the tape dump: It might be important to state in the Kiwi website/manual that Tape Memory support has been dropped and users will need to re-build their patches from scratch after upgrading. This would allow us to plan the timing of the upgrade in cases where we're upgrading ahead of a gig or project deadline (I upgraded for a sound design that's due at the beginning of the month; I know, never do that! Haha, lesson learned). We could also make reference recordings or notes of our old patches. I'm a drum machine guy who sucks at programming nice synth sounds so I'm hating myself for losing my favorite patches. But ultimately it's a good thing as I'll be fully exploring the new territory.
Thanks for all of your help!
