Does it work if you press and wiggle it? There is a simple fix for 3P buttons that can be done without removing the button from the 3P. You pull off the cap which will lift off and then squirt a little Deoxit cleaner down the rear of the actuator. There is a tiny gap at the rear of the actuator which lets the cleaner down into the body of the switch. Work it a bit and you should have a button that is good as new. The cap will then press on again.

My #15 button doesn't seem to work anymore. That's not the end of the world, except it reduces programmability. I'd like to swap it for #9, which has no parameters I will need to change, but I'm worried I'll damage something.
