Nope, this is the only version. I hardly use the BCR2000 anymore these days, since I started using MIDI Designer on the iPad. This doesn't help you with the BCR, I know, but it might just shift your focus too :-)

BTW: it's very easy to create a layout for yourself on the BCR for the Kiwi3P, as it's only MIDI CC commands you need to implement. I think that this BCR layout you refer to still uses the CC commands of the oldest version of the Kiwi3P, so you'd need to check all of the CC numbers for each control to see if it really sends out the right command. I have no plans to update the BCR layout myself.
