More information. The preset zip file seems like it might have been created on a Mac. There are files inside the Mac subfolder that contain meaningful file sizes and seem to be the Mac versions of the syx file and the photo. I tried using the syx file within the Mac subfolder, but it is an illegal format.  So, could be that the zip file needs to be rebuilt?
