The KIWI-CPU is inserted in a socket. If your technician did a good job it should be easy to remove the Kiwi3P CPU and put back the original CPU. The original CPU should work without a problem (MIDI will not work of course). If the original CPU does not work he may have killed some other chips (which is not a catastrophe, as those are standard chips).
You may recommend also your technician to subscribe to this list. He may aks more detailled questions.
