Hello :)  

I'm new here - had the 3P for a while but got my tech to do the Kiwi3P upgrade a couple of months ago - amazing stuff, I don't think I've even got very deep yet but enjoying being able to automate the parameters, the unison mode and the extra envelope is so useful!

Anyway, as of yesterday, I now switch the synth on and although it powers up, nothing is happening, except several of the lights are on permanently - going L-R it's Mute, Preset B, Edit Group B, Edit Write, Note (quaver), 10 11 and 14.  

Wondering if this is a specific error message that I can solve or if it needs to go back to the tech? I tried a factory reset by holding the two write buttons on power up, but nothing changed.
