I would first check that external CCs are not being filtered out by your DAW and/or MIDI interface.

(I use Cubase, and there are options to filter specific CCs)

Another diagnostic method is to install MIDI-OX and check that MIDI CCs are being received by your computer, independently if your DAW.

Maybe a 'stupid' question ,but I can not figure out how to record / automate MIDI CC from the patch editor.
The editor controls a Juno 106, Sequential MAX and KOrg DW 6000.
Evrything works fine, I can control them fine from the editor.

But when I try to record knob changes into my sequencer nothing is happening.
I control the synths from a a Roland PCC 200 master keyboard.
When I select eg. MIDI CC 33 (cutoff as stated in the editor manual) and move the slider, nothing happens, and thus I can not record changes into my sequencer (Alesis MMT)

Am I doing somwthing wrong?
