Hi all,
I have recently replaced the battery damaged cpu board in my Polysix with the Kiwisix upgrade. All seems to be working well although I still have a little testing to do.
One thing that is confusing me is to do with the Transpose function. If I enable the Tape Enable (Shift) switch and then transpose the keyboard by selecting a note other than the default Middle C, for example if I press the D key one tone above Middle C and then delesect the Tape enable key so the keyboard is transposed, if I then select the Hold mode button, when I next take my finger off the key that I was just holding down that note will play one tone lower on release. This will happen for each key pressed on the keyboard from now on until I either turn off Hold mode or change transpose key back to default Middle C. I also noticed that If transpose by a semitone, the note plays a semitone lower when releasing the key after Hold mode is selected, or if transposed by an octave then it plays an octave lower on releasing the key after selecting Hold, etc.
I would like to know if anyone else with a Kiwisix upgrade can reproduce this, and whether it is a feature of the Kiwisix or is it a bug,
Thanks for any feedback
Tim
