I will look into this today. I have found the VCA env switch turns on the FX Ensemble mode and I will get to the bottom of it shortly.

I’ve noticed that my kiwisix is also acting up on “ K6_P301_B301_Build3”. 

When I switch the VCA from EG to Gate setting, it causes the whole tone to drastically change. Seems like the chorus jumps into a maxed out mode, possibly affects the oscillator as well.  

Also, when I send a midi note sequence to the K6 when it’s in Gate mode, the system freezes with the version lights on.. I’ve successfully cycled the power to get it going again, but o n one of these occasions I had to reflash the firmware. I’m still using B301.

Hi,

Mine isn’t working well either, I could though update it without problem but when switching to Saw PWM on the oscillator it freezes and bug out like something interfered with the memory or something.

So I will downgrade to earlier version as well... :/

I just tried updating my K6 to the latest Firmware available, and found that the 301B3 doesn't seem to work for me. While every older FW loads perfectly (i tried the way up from 200) it is only the 301B3 which freezes with the version lights on (2+3+7+8 = correct), the synth doesn't proceed to Play mode but stays with those lights on. But I am able to flash any other version to get back to functionality. Now I moved back to 301B1 which boots up fine.

I followed the instructions in the PDF, and all other updates run fine for me. It is just the 301B3.

This is not at all urgent for me, the 301B1 is perfectly enough for me. Just to let you know.
