Remarks:
* 01 "AT DCO Mode" provides the following values: DCO1 only up, DCO1
only down, DCO2 only up, DCO2 only down, Both up, Both inverted. The
same variations should used for the "Bend DCO Mode". I think if we have
this we do not need additional Modwheel to DCO connections.

* 15 MW value local: This sets the value which is sent when you press
the Modulation button at the JX-3P

* 16 Bender Amount MIDI. This defines how sensitive the JX-3P reacts on
bender data coming via MIDI
