I have one to use with my mono/poly.  It works well.  The arp clock in is s-trig so your cable might have to be s-trig, although I think that there are s-trig outs concurrent with the gate outs on the converter.  I can't say for sure because I don't use it like that.
I'm also not sure if portamento works over cv.  If it doesn't with the PAIA, then it won't with anything that doesn't have a built in lag generator on the cv output.  These are very easy and cheap to construct.  However, now that I think of it, I think that portamento works over cv and there is a trigger jack on the back.
Obviously, unless you have modded your mono/poly for cv in for each oscillator, then you can only sequence it via cv as a mono.  You can sequence the chord memory from cv, though, by plugging your cv out from the converter into the VCO cv in.
I do find issues with my PAIA in that the velocity and pitch bend and etc need to be attenuated to a usable range, but I haven't gotten around to finding a work around yet.
Thanks,
Chase

Does anyone have any experience using the Paia Midi CV converter with
the mono/poly
I am wanting to get one, but am curious to know how it works with the
arpeggiator...I read that the Midijack from synhouse only works in
unison mode and the portamento is not functional...
I have heard that the Kenton converters do not have these
problems....but Im trying to find a cheaper way to control this thing..
ANY info on midi to cv converters and the mono/poly would be greatly
appreciated!
Thanks!
