Hi there. On the KLM-356 board (main CPU board) there is a connector identified as SW1 TUNE POINT with its two pins sticking up. Just short those two pins together in order to proceed to the second step in the calibration procedure. It acts as a temporary switch to prevent the scanning of the keyboard in order to be able to adjust the transpose switch "up normal down" octave range control voltages.
One word of advice, be patient and check and re-check your readings in order to get the best outcome. Calibrating an analog synth is a bit like stretching an elastic with both hands to precise length while standing on one foot!
