Hmmm mine doesn’t get that hot at all. It sounds like the voltage reg./transistors in the power supply have to dissipate a lot of wattage What kind of voltage source do you connect the M/P to 240 volts

a few minutes after I power up my Mono/Poly, the back-panel (where there's the big white KORG logo) become very hot. After 20/30 minutes it's so hot I can barely keep my hand on it. I have no functional problems at the moment but I suspect this could lead me to future issues.
What do you guys think Do you think it could be a "only partially" working component in the power supply that is causing the problem
