I can't really find any info out there on the interweb on how to create the AHH sound with an analog synth. Something like the sound that comes in on this song around 20 seconds

To date I have not been able to find anything close. If it is not then what can do it
The band above uses NORDs I'm pretty sure but there must be some analog gear that makes that sound.
