Hi everybody, first post in this group, glad to be here!
Forgive me for starting with a little self-promotion: As I'm a very keen iPad user, I've made a controller template for my Matrix-1000 to use with TB Midi Stuff, a very nice MIDI controller toolkit ( App Store link - No, I don't profit from promoting it, and it's only 4,49 € anyway, you cheap bastards.) The nice thing about TB Midi Stuff, apart from the price, is that the developer recently put in a feature which allows you to construct System Exclusive messages with up to four variables. Exactly what you need to send Modulation Matrix settings to the Obie.
So the file attached is a full controller which enables you to tweak each and every sound parameter via a nice, oldschool-analog GUI. Modulation matrix included - you can't do this with Lemur yet. Mind you: it's not an editor; it won't read presets, it won't set global parameters, and it's unable to control the two parameters that are buggy in the original Matrix-1000 - ENV1 Sustain and ENV2 to VCA.
The file is a TB Midi Stuff canvas file - open it in TBMS on your iPad, and it will give you two panels. Attach a midi interface to the iPad and select it in TBMS to make the controller work.
Screenshots and more info in the TB Midi Stuff forum and i n my blog.
I'm posting this here in the hope that you'll find it useful, and for your ideas how to improve it. Curious for your feedback.
