I don't have a pic, but I do have one of Bob Moog from the same
show.. hehe.. Bob was MUCH nicer to meet. Pleasant and personable.
God I wish I had his Voyager synth (don't quite have 3 grand lyin
around, ya know
)...
Thanks for the offer, I do plan on keepin' the M1000 for a bit
longer, just tryin to get the most out of it. Without being able to
tweak params, it's just not as fun as even my crappy ol' radio-shack
moog MG-1 or my Roland Juno-106. I tried using sound diver to tweak
the M1000 and it's ok... just not as nice as being able to assign say
the mod wheel to control filter cutoff etc. I seem to remember there
might be a way to do it, just never got far enough into it.
Truthfully, it's been a while since I even fired up the ol' M1000, I
just moved into a new place and I am still gettin my new PC up and
running... soon, very soon...
I just joined a bunch of these groups to see if I can get my rig back
up to speed. I joined the Roland JD-990 group, Yamaha FS1R, Peavey
Spectrum and this one. I have a ton of gear because of my stint at a
music store selling the stuff. It gave me G.A.S. (Gear Aquisition
Syndrome) and as a result, my room is full of fun stuff. Now... If I
just had the time to use it all!!!
haha.
