Great, thanks for the info I'll give him a call this week and I will
drop your name. Unfortunately, I do not have the tape with the factory
patches on them. However, I have found these sites:
http://analog.no/cms/factory-patches/oberheim-factory-patches
and here
http://www.vintage-manuals.com/manual.asp
ID_Manual=166
that have the
OB-Xa tape as a wav file, you will just need to copy them to a tape,
or perhaps you can just send it as audio out from your PC. Also I'm
not sure if you are looking for MIDI capabilities but if you grab the
MIDI retrofit kit from Encore it is supposed to come with the factory
patches. They are a bit pricey around 300 bucks, but it is something
I'm thinking about doing after I get mine (hopefully) up and running.
You can find out more about their midi retrofit by clicking here

him I referred you. I bought one on ebay last year in bad shape and
he got it up and running. BTW, do you have the factor
presets/patches
If so, could I get a tape of them so I could load
them into mine
You can call me if you have any questions about the
pricing or repairs he did to mine.
