by the way just for some other eventual help to anyone having the same problem:
i have fixed the oberheim with substituiting chip cem 3396 if this can be of some help
i also add that since you are into there i strongly suggest you do replace them all as some that can seem that they are palying good can eventually go bad once you change just one chip.
hope this can help someone as this list dont seem much to.. except for some guys.
