I am a new user to the group and will contribute where I can.

When I got my Matrix-12, I received a Preliminary Operations Guide, of about 30 pages. Later, Oberheim shipped me a full Matrix-12 Owner's Manual, about 200 pages. Still later, after the retro fit, they gave me a Pressure Sensitivity Owner's Manual Addendum. I have (paper) copies of all of these.

I am not familiar with a supplement such as you describe. Could it be one of the ones I listed above
