i have a similar prob with my TR is the ram chip is faulty
for the history i buy my TR for part not working only 4 led flashing on turn on
after more test i identified the problem is the ram chip
after instaling new chip the TR work but with the samme probleme that you flashing led and randomly sound
i checked and resolded all pin of my new ram and bingo the baby work fine !
