Fluctuating tempo could be caused by oxide in the tempo pot, similar to a crackly volume or filter pot for audio. You could try spraying the tempo pot with a small amount of DeOxit or similar, then turn it back and forth all the way 20 times or so.

When i turn off my 707 i loose all the sequences entered, it's like
there's no battery installed but of course they are present. I have
tested voltage on mainboard pcb and i have the 3 volts, i have checked

the 707, there's a reset into Ram.
And another problem, tempo display is changing everytime even of course
when i don't touch to tempo knob.
