The pitch mods are working but I noticed that now the low tom is coming through on the bd channel of the mixer - the low tom slider makes no change. Similarly the sd is coming through the cowbell channel.  Any pointers on where to start debugging I assume the clock pins on the gate array don't have anything to do with where the audio is going  Are there traces under that chip that need to still be connected to where the pins where connected I might have screwed some up.

Any help appreciated.
