Hi everyone,

I recently bought a 707 that won't power up.  After doing some testing I realized that the fusible resistor had blown.  After replacing it, voltage goes through the power supply but the 707 still won't power up.   I also replaced all the caps and the +5 V regulator to no avail.  When the unit is switched on the voltage falls from 12 V to around 4 V and is not constant.  I am using a 12 V 300 mA negative inside positive outside power brick that I picked up at radio shack.  Anyone have any ideas
