I'm starting this as a new post. I had a low volume issue from the stereo outputs, and I fixed it by replacing the slide pot with a 10KBX2 that I pulled from a parts RZ-1. There is an issue (which I thought I had fixed), where the start button isn't working in pattern play mode. You can write a pattern, and then when you switch over to pattern play mode and hit the play button, it will play the first step and then stop. You can get it going with the Stop/Cont button, but even that is a little stubborn most of the time. I know that there's nothing wrong on the switchboard, because I replaced it with a working one to test it, and the problem still remains. I also re-soldered the ribbon cables securely, just to be safe. Could it be that the difference in resistance on the slider is causing problems
I didn't feel any hot chips when I had it turned on and opened up for a bit. Does anyone have any ideas
Maybe someone has had experience with this
