I suggest to repair the slider too. See: http://gumielectronic.net/ p=834

A replacement is difficult find. I searched for them, but did not find any in a shop. Basically the Alps RS-Series would work, but the required 15mm sliders with the corresponding shaft appearently are not sold by shops. I assume those slider types are only produced on special order, which is done assumingly mostly by car radio producers (for the graphic EQs).
