Do you have access to an oscilloscope That is what you need now.
Remove the volume board and measure the instrument outputs on Q37 (Rim)
and Q40 (LT),

If the difference does appear here then it is really on the voicing board

Then measure the signal at the inputs of IC 40 (4051) - this should show
the "envelopes" for the instruments.

Always compare working channels with the misbehaving channels.

Tell us how far back you can track the behaviour.
