You can join just be being yourself! I started messing around with drum machines about
two years ago. As I started looking for info out there I read a lot of your posts which were
inspiring stuff.

Probably... I'd always wished I'd found a 727 instead of my 707. But why be snagged into
using the "original" drum ROMs anyway
If we can rip the 727 ROMs than everybody can
turn their 707 into a 727. Also, no reason not to burn our own sounds into there. This is a
back-burner project for me over the next few months, as I do other things. This weekend I
am working on MIDI input and individual outs for my DR110. Then more tweaks on my
heap of Tama boxes.
Then I'm going to rip the 707 sounds, figure out the kooky addressing, and try to burn
some new sounds. Oh yeah, and try making some better sample clocks for my 707 pitch
controls.
