what mods did you do if you did the pitch mod, there are tracks under
that big chip that are supposed to connect the internal clocks to
other parts of the circuit beside the clock input pins. when i cut
through all thos tracks at the clock inputs, i had to trace the
schematic and find all of the old connections and reconnect them with
wires. i don't know what the toms problem is, but i had some distorted
sounds and some going out the wrong outputs before i fixed those
connections.
