I have heard talk about abandoned groups who have no moderator anymore in other groups. And I think Yahoo was willing to change the moderator if there was some sort of vote put forward to the group. You should probably contact Yahoo and find out what the process is for establishing a new moderator.

It seems that there is a lot of spam being sent from this forum. I see
that the moderator's email isn't working. I volunteer to take over
management of the forum to screen out the spammer "new members".

Without the spam it could be a really good web
resource for TR-707 fans.
