Now, i can match the dump of my eprom to yours,
and what i found that my dump is exactly the same as yours ://
shit happens, tr-707 do not switch on, i thought it could hang due invalid program code, but now i dont know what to do :]
Could be CPU damage but i analyzed data on pins, and they seems to be logically fine (as reference for pin layout on tech. spec.)
Maybe there are some pheriphals damage and CPU detects that, and halts, but cant find any special in disassembled code.

I've read on cpu spec, that must be at least 20ms delay between Vss and RESET pulse, so there is delay line near the reset pin, but i've tested, that its has >26ms delay so its all ok.

i m thinking, that maybe gate array, could some how interfere with cpu.
any suggestions =)
