to be honest I can't even access the "book" to check the source because it is a digital edition and my adobe reader insists that i am not the owner of the book and it has to access some f-ing microsoft .net passport site - which is down and keeps disconnecting me from the net - so I can tell this book on my own computer that I am who I say I am. I just wasted 20 minutes on it
so my advice is to keep looking for a photocopy - its ridiculous to buy a text under these kind of restrictions - I will never do it again
