thanks for the replies. i think if the current available in the
beauty case can accomodate an a110 plus a few other modules etc, then
that would work fine. i'm very pleased by the thought of having a
little station to swap out mini-patches for live use.
additionally, the DIY power supply is a good option for my
intentions. the heat sink is rather large, but it may fit into my
plastic 36hp case, and i would need to cut down a bus board- not a
problem.
when will the DIY power supplies be available i look forward to
hearing the results of your tests with the beauty case power supply.
