Yes, but you also need the top/bottom covers, a second power supply and
another back plate (those with the mains inlet/switch/fuse holder) to obtain
two complete A-100G3

I'd recommend to apply the removed 6U side plate to the new one. Then you
have an exact reference for the positions of the holes. I think the bigger
problem is to get the aluminium panel in the right dimensions. Dimensional
drawings are available on ProMa's website.

Look at ProMa's website. They also have representatives in other countries.
As we obtain the A-100 frames ready built from our manufacturer (they order
the parts from ProMa, built the frames and add the custom made back panels,
power supply and bus boards) we do not have these parts in stock. That's why
we published the ProMa information so that customers can order directly from
ProMa.
