Hi,
for my 12he DIY case I used one doepfer DIY kit, however, that powers
only up to 1200mA in total, therefore either take 2 of them to power 3
powerrails each, or there are other solutions - you just need to find
a supply with +12 and -12V outputs and enough Amperes (~6A in total
should do it for 18HE)
as for the hardware, i went for a 19" case, so i ordered some eurorack
parts from proma-systro in germany, or you can use whatever company I
guess. just make sure the mountingrails have 3mm screwholes, or buy
some sliding nuts with 3mm that fit into the eurorack rails.
and thats how it looks like...
