I'm also falling in love with this Doepfer synth. Actually I wanted to buy only the Dark Energy but after three days I realized the possibilities and the fun behind a A-100 modular system, brought the Dark Energy back to the dealer and bought a A-111-5 with some other modules. I build the case by my self.

Today, I've made a very very nice discovery the get a really fat sound out of this little magic box: Just feedback the audio output in the external input and you will get a really fat sound!
I've plugged the audio output in a multiples, from the multiples back into the external input and also from the multiples to the audio interface.
The audio output has only 1V instead the system's 5V, so you can't overdrive your A-111-5 so easy. But anyway, take care.
