I haven't had a board in my hands yet, so my guess is as good as yours.
Still, I'm quite sure Doepfer did not use any rare and/or expensive parts, given the end-user price of the board, and the fact that any forward thinking manufacturer would be wise enough not to do so unless he wants to be overwhelmed with problems of this nature...
And in case a problem should arise -- which I think will be unlikely because it's a relative simple board -- there's quite a few sources out there to obtain ultra-rare and/or obsolete parts (contrasting what many in the DIY community want you to believe).
Unless Dieter pillaged his own VCO's for CEM chips, I wouldn't worry about it too much. :-)
That said, I feel than once a support page with notes, schematics, ideas, wiring diagrams, etc. has been put up, most synth-DIYers will have sufficient material to complete (and expand on) the board.
