The only possible difficulty, as I see it, is that the Hz/V
sequencer will be sending a pitch CV to the A100 that increases
exponentially as you adjust the pitch control upwards. (Do I have that
right, and am I thinking about it backwards ) The A100 is expecting a
linear voltage, so in the upper registers, the granularity of the
pitch control will become progressively coarser - you might not have
enough fine control to obtain the correct note without
overshooting.
Like I said, though, I've never done this, and I probably don't know
what I'm talking about :-)
It's also possible that my A121 exponential VCA suggestion might be
exactly backwards - it might be how you convert from volt/octave to
Hz/volt, rather than vice versa. It's too much thinking for me to do
on a weekend.
